About my Services
I’m passionate about empowering parents to understand what their babies are trying to communicate, and I do this by helping them identify their little ones individual cues. This is mostly done in-person by me at your home and is personalized for every child, because every child’s environment and needs vary, and every parent’s does too.
Qualified to help you and your little one…
I’m a qualified Mothercraft Nurse with over 25 years’ experience working with families and young children. I’m also a mum myself of 3 beautiful children.
I know it’s important for parents to understand I’m not just a self-professed ‘baby whisperer’ who believes in having a knack for this stuff!
Whilst my ongoing professional training and career has qualified me for the job, it’s fair to say bringing up my own children has also prepared me well to help you with yours!
There’s more detail about my training below to put your mind at ease and give you the confidence to book a consultation or send an enquiry to me.
Trained Mothercraft Nurse – Diploma Social Science (childcare)
Trained NCAST (nursing child assessment training) – This is a well-researched parenting program that helps support healthy relationships between parents/caregivers and children from birth – 4 years
Keys to Caregiving – Research based program that provided important information on newborn and infant behaviour. Includes information on infant cues, infant states, state modulation of the feeding interaction.
It increases both the provider and the caregiver’s knowledge of the infants amazing abilities. It builds confidence and competence in parents/caregivers care of their infants.
Circle of security – A Parent education program that is deigned to enhance attachment security between parents and children. To help parents/caregivers increase their awareness of their children’s needs and whether their responses meet those needs
A note from me to you…
“If you’re reading this, I’m guessing your little one isn’t sleeping, so you’re not sleeping! Everything probably feels a whole lot harder than you would like this parenting business to be.
Most parents at this stage have a range of questions running through their overtired minds; things like whether it’s ‘time’ to call me, whether my service actually works, how much will it cost, and what if things improve on their own. These are completely normal wonderings and something I hear and respond to a lot.
Before you book a session with me, I have an initial phone conversation with you to discuss your individual situation. It’s important to get a feel for whether my help and methods are the right choice as well as answer any further questions you may have up front. I also share my pricing structure and availability with you at this time, so you have everything you need to make a decision.
Only you can decide when and if it’s the right time to reach out to me. Once you do, I promise you I will listen to your situation without judgement and we can co-decide whether to book in a session. Either way, you know that I’m here to help when you’re ready”.
Be wiser, kinder, stronger…

Happy Parent
“Nicole came to help us in our home when our twin girls were six months old, her advice and assistance was marvellous. We were doing all the right things but just needed someone to reinforce those theories, support our confidence and help us along! Nicole did all of this and more! They’re three years old now and we still often recall Nicole’s advice! And, even more so with our new little daughter, she has benefited a lot from us understanding her sleep needs and following her prompts. We will be forever thankful and grateful to Nicole and her knowledge!
