Nicole Gippsland Sleep Angel2.jpg

Q - Do you use the cry it out (CIO) method?
A –
NO! I would be out of a job if I used this method. CIO is simply the process of putting your baby to bed at a set time and letting them cry until they fall asleep. There is no interaction from mum and dad during this process. I will explain that using even the gentlest of techniques your baby can protest (cry). My techniques encourage you to be in the room with your little person supporting them as they learn the art of falling asleep on their own.

Q – What age children do you work with?
A -
  0 – 5 years old.

Q – How long will it take for the program to work?
A –
Often the results can be immediate. Of course, all babies are individual and results can vary. The first night is typically the most challenging, and you should see improvements each day/night thereafter. Consistency is always the key and I suggest following my program in the home for 1 – 2 weeks to get optimal results.

Q – Can I go out (socialise) after implementing the program?
A –
Consistency is the key! I do suggest that you bunker down at home 10 – 14 days following my visit. If you put in 100% then the results will show more quickly.

That being said …. Life does go on. It is unrealistic to expect that you will never leave the house just so that your baby will sleep. During my visit I will explain how you can successfully manage to socialise, attend appointments and do your shopping without undoing all of yours and your baby’s hard work.

Q – My baby is unwell; can I start the program?
A –
I would suggest holding off starting a sleep program until your baby is healthy. Your little person needs Kindness – extra cuddles and comfort when they are sick.

Q – Do you work with Twins/ Triplets/ Siblings
A –
Yes, Yes & Yes!

Q – Do you guarantee your service?
A –
I will do everything I can to help you reach your sleeping goal, however, the success of the program relies heavily on the parents. I understand that there will be bumps along the way, but if you follow my advice and continue to be consistent you will be able to achieve your goal of sleep!

Q – When is the best time to start?
A –
The best time to start my program is when the time is right for you!
It is ok to continue doing what you are doing if its working for you. When it stops working and you feel you need some extra support then that is when the time is right, and I will welcome your enquiry.

Q – How far do you travel?
A –
I am based in Gippsland Victoria, but did you know I am an Angel, I have wings and can travel!
Just let me know where you live, and we can work out arrangements together.
