Warranty’s, Returns and Refunds
Use of products
Prior to product use please read all user documents and specific web links for each product. Gippsland Sleep Angel take no responsibility for misuses of the products or improper understanding of the products uses.
Warranty’s
Each product in the shop has individual manufacture warranties. We are here to help with you warranty claim, please contact us directly via the contact details on this website so we can arrange your product return to us, this way we can assist with your warranty claim. If your repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, it will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufactures policy at no cost. If the repair or replacement is found not to be covered under the warranty, the repair or replacement and any associated delivery charges will be at your cost, subject to your statutory rights and remedies as a Consumer.
Returns and refunds
You have 7 calendar days to return an item upon change of mind from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You item must be unopened with the original packing still in as new condition.
Your item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Initial costs incurred by Gippsland Sleep Angel including shipping costs and processing fees will be deducted from the return total amount
You will receive the refund once processed this can vary depending on the payment method and your issuers policy’s
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning you item. Shipping costs are not refundable
